Kansas Reads: The Learning Tree by Gordon Parks is a statewide project that encourages Kansas adults to read, discuss and experience the same book.  The project is sponsored by the Kansas Center for the Book at the State Library and promoted by Kansas libraries, bookstores, and others from January 29 through April 30, 2007.

HOW TO copy or download an image from this page:

 

1) Place your mouse arrow over the image you want to copy

                    -- an arrow or pointing finger will appear

2) Click your RIGHT mouse button - a drop down menu will appear

                    -- then do one of the following (A or B)
 

             A. Select and LEFT Click on the word "COPY"
                    -- Then, go to the document or e-mail you want to place the image

                    -- Place your mouse arrow / cursor in the document
                    -- Then Click your RIGHT mouse Button - a drop down menu will appear

                    -- Select and LEFT click the word "PASTE"  -- the image should appear

 

                 B. Select and LEFT Click on the word "SAVE PICTURE AS"
                    -- A file folder menu box will open

                    -- Find and Select the folder or other location where you want to store the image
                    -- Select and Click the "SAVE" button
                    -- The image is now stored in your computer for future use
